Northumberland Strait

Travel over the hills and through the rolling countryside to Borden Carleton where you will get a close up view and an opportunity for some great photos.  En route, you'll hear about the various modes of transportation used in the past and details on the building of this amazing structure.

Gateway Village - Confederation Bridge

Visit Gateway Village where all types of PEI souvenirs may be purchased.  If you want to know how the Cavendish Figurines are made, you may tour their facility.  There will also be a chance to view the bridge from a distance at the Photo Stop in Seven Mile Bay.

150,000 Acres of Potato Farmland

View thousands of acres of farmland and, if it's a fine day, you'll see potatoes being harvested. Many of these potatoes will eventually be processed at Cavendish Farms in New Annan.  You'll pass by this large processing plant on your way to Indian River to visit St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, the largest wooden church on the island which was designed by the famous architect William Harris.  Completed in 1902, this church is used extensively for summer concerts because of its marvelous acoustics!

We’ll travel back to Charlottetown through the central part of PEI in order to observe more of the beautiful countryside.

This Private Pre-BookeD tour is fully narrated by your guide and will take an estimated 6 hours (+/-) to complete.
