Itinerary
Day 1 begins when we travel to Bangor, ME and where we will be lodging overnight. Dinner will be at a local restaurant.
Day 2 we will travel to Bethlehem, PA and lodge overnight. Dinner is included tonight.
Day 3 begins when we travel to Beckley, WV and visit the NewRiver Gorge Visitors Center. Check into our hotel for an overnight stay. Dinner tonight will be at Tamarack, featuring a statewide collection of handmade craft, art and cuisine showcasing The Best of West Virginia. Enjoy an evening Appalachian Music Show at the Tamarack Theater.
Day 4 begins when we travel to Pigeon Forge, TN. The afternoon will be free for shopping in some of Pigeon Forge’s fabulous shops. We will then check into our hotel for an overnight stay before heading to Dinner at a local restaurant. End the evening with a variety music show at the Smith Family Theatre.
Day 5 begins by traveling to Nashville, TN, where we will be lodging overnight. Enjoy a Luncheon Cruise aboard the General Jackson Showboat. The afternoon will be free for shopping at Opry Mills, a bargain shopper’s paradise with over 200 outlets, off-price retailers and unique specialty stores, including 20 movie screens, Regal IMAX® Theatre and Bass Pro Shop. Dinner is included tonight before a show at the Grand Ole Opry.
Day 6 we will visit the Country Music Hall of Fame before heading to Memphis, TN. After arriving in Memphis, we will take a Platinum Tour of Graceland, the Home of Elvis. See the Mansion and grounds, Elvis’s two custom airplanes and Museums. Next, we will check into our hotel for a two night stay before heading to Beale Street for some free time. Dinner tonight is at the Blues City Café, enjoy a southern style meal and live entertainment.
Day 7 will include a six hour narrated Delta Blues Tour featuring Clarksdale, MS. We will enjoy a narrated tour of America’s Blues Highway and discover the roots of the Blues. A Southern Style Lunch at actor Morgan Freeman’s Ground Zero Blues Club. We will visit the Delta Blues Museum and tour the Hobson Plantation while we enjoy a RC Cola and a Moon Pie. We will then return to Memphis for Dinner and an evening Mojo Tour of Memphis. Tour includes city sites while guitar players accompanies the guide on bus
Day 8 begins when we travel to Branson, MO and check into our hotel for a two night stay. Dinner is included tonight along with one of Branson’s fabulous evening shows.
Day 9 begins with a morning show. The afternoon will be free for shopping or sightseeing or you can even take in one of Branson’s matinee shows. Dinner tonight will be at a local restaurant followed by an evening show.
Day 10 we will travel to St. Louis, MO and enjoy a Guided Tour of the city to featuring musical legends of the area. Check into our hotel for an overnight stay. Tonight we will enjoy a dinner cruise aboard the Gateway Arch Riverboat.
Day 11 we will travel to Cleveland, OH and check into our hotel for an overnight stay. Dinner is included tonight.
Day 12 begins with a morning visit to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, dedicated to recording the history of some of the best-known and most influential artists and producers in the music industry. Travel to Albany, NY and check into hotel for an overnight stay. Dinner will be at local restaurant.
Day 13 begins when we travel to Bangor, ME and where we will be lodging overnight. Dinner will be at a local restaurant.
Day 14 we will depart for home.
